Comensura complete trio of London contract awards

Posted on 10/04/2018 by Press release in Category Managed Services
Three London local authorities have awarded new managed service provider (MSP) contracts to Comensura following individual competitive tendering processes. The awards, by Merton, Brent and Southwark Councils each carry unique significance and demonstrate the growing impact that adaptive managed services are having across both the public and private sector.

Merton Council has renewed its contract with Comensura and this is the first time they have re-awarded a contract to their incumbent MSP provider, illustrating both the strength of our proposition and our on-going partnership.

Brent Council previously worked with Comensura as its second generation managed service provider, but chose to explore a different ‘master vendor’ model in 2012. Returning to a previous MSP does not often happen and we are fully underway in bringing all recruitment spend under management and growing the contract in line with our shared social value objectives.

Southwark Council have awarded their contract to us for a third time, which will extend our relationship to a minimum of 16 years. Since working together we have achieved many things, such as our unique safeguarding programme and demand management programme which has seen the council halve their agency staff expenditure. We look forward to our partnership breaking new boundaries in social value and brand development.

Hoa Ngo, Managing Director of Comensura UK said “I’m delighted with the contract awards from Brent, Merton and Southwark Councils.  Since our creation in 2001, we have always passionately worked to the belief that our services offer customers a smarter way to work.  These three contract awards are a clear recognition that our adaptive MSP model and new c.net5 technology continues to fulfil this ethos and delight our customers.”
