Comensura joins YPO framework for HR Services and Solutions

Comensura is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a place on YPO’s new HR Services and Solutions national framework.

Comensura successfully tendered for Lot 1: Managed Services for Contingent Labour on the framework, providing its neutral vendor services model. The framework agreement will enable Comensura to provide a compliant and value driven route to market for public sector organisations procuring managed services for the supply of contingent labour, consultancy, permanent recruitment services and HR support solutions.

Any organisations interested in using the YPO HR Services and Solutions framework can make a direct call off award to Comensura via the framework. As part of the process they will be able to establish their current pay and supplier rates and benchmark these against YPO's agreed rates with its suppliers to identify any potential savings that can be made.

YPO recently launched the framework after identifying the need to support spot buying of services and tailor-made HR solutions for the public sector.

Jamie Horton, Managing Director at Comensura said: “We’re delighted to have been awarded a place on this newly launched YPO framework. Comensura is the market leader with proven experience in managing the supply of temporary staff to the public sector. HR and recruitment services differ between organisations, and it’s important that the public sector has access to flexible services that can be personalised to their own needs. We’re confident that this framework will allow organisations to meet temporary staffing requirements over a variety of roles, while ensuring that they have procured the right staff cost-effectively.”

YPO is a not-for-profit, publicly owned organisation that supplies the public sector with over 30,000 products and 80 frameworks. It provides the public sector with quality resources, including furniture, computers and staffing.
