Quarterly

Each quarter all employees within the business nominate their peers for either our WOW award or our Smarter way to work award. 

Wow award - celebrates and recognise those who have gone above and beyond to deliver our core behaviours to our customers, to our suppliers or to colleagues

Smarter way to work award – At Comensura we are passionate about constantly asking ourselves “is there a smarter way”.  With this in mind we created our Smarter way to work award which rewards someone each quarter who has either created efficiency for Comensura or improvement for our customers.

 

Annually

Retention of our people is important to us at Comensura therefore each year we celebrate and recognise employees who have achieved long service rising in increments of 5 years.

Each year we also recognise two special awards within Comensura.

Commitment to quality award – This award seeks to recognise one individual each year within Comensura that shows passion and a demonstrable commitment to quality. 

Training & Development award – This is awarded to someone who shows personal commitment to continuous development of themselves and/or of their colleagues around them. 

 

Learning and development

All our people have ongoing access to a variety of e-learning, in-house and external training courses to help continually develop their skills.

When you join us you’ll go through our induction programme which gives you an in-depth understanding of our business, plus the skills required to succeed in your role.

Following induction we’re proud to offer all employees the opportunity to take part in our internally managed apprenticeships program which covers the following skills:

  • Customer Service level 2 & 3
  • Business Admin levels 2, 3 & 4
  • Team Leader level 3
  • Management level 5
