Skilling up life science

With a serious shortage of talent in the life sciences sector and Brexit on the horizon, it’s proving very difficult for companies to find the people they need.

On Thursday 16th November, major employers, industry groups and government bodies will come together to discuss this issue at the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) Life Sciences Sector Meeting at the Shard in London. Among the speakers will be our Operations Director Richard Acton, who is Vice Chair of the REC Life Sciences Group.

We understand the challenges many employers are facing and it would be really useful to hear your views on one of the major issues affecting the life sciences sector today. We’d therefore be really grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete our skills gap survey. Your answers will help to inform the discussion and Richard will talk about the findings of the survey in detail.

To secure your place at the Life Sciences Sector Meeting, please register now. It’s free for REC members.

We hope to see you on 16th November.
