Comensura successfully delivers a Food Inspections Statement of Work project for Hull City Council on-time and on-budget.
Hull City Council delivers a wide and diverse range of services, with approximately 6,500 employees (excluding schools) working across the city to help improve people’s lives.
451 food inspections to be completed between November 2017 and March 2018:
- 100 in November
- 51 in December
- 100 in January
- 100 in February
- 100 in March
To ensure that the council received the most attractive quality and price offer available, Comensura approached a number of suppliers, who were asked to provide proposals for delivering the requirement.
A specialist supplier was appointed to manage the project, with pricing per inspection based on:
- Category D inspections
- Category E inspections
- Void inspections
The scope of work was created in c.net to provide full visibility of progress, with each inspection billed through our system and approved by the council.
The project was completed on time, on budget and to the Council’s complete satisfaction.
