Comensura successfully delivers an Occupational Therapist Statement of Work project for Hull City Council on-time and on-budget.
Hull City Council delivers a wide and diverse range of services, with approximately 6,500 employees (excluding schools) working across the city to help improve people’s lives.
Hull City Council had a requirement to deliver a set number of occupational therapist assessments within a six week period to clear a backlog.
The following deliverables to be completed within a 6 week period:
- 150 major assessments
- 750 minor assessments
- Initial training days
To ensure that the council received the most attractive quality and price offer available, Comensura approached a number of suppliers, who were asked to provide proposals for delivering the requirement.
The project included the provision of a senior project lead to co-ordinate and meet regularly with the council to discuss the progress of the assessments. Payments were only approved and made once the assessments and training had been delivered to the satisfaction of the customer.
The scope of work was created within c.net5 to provide the council with full visibility of process. Billings were also progressed through c.net5. The project was successfully completed within the 6 week period, clearing the backlog.
The project was completed on time, on budget and to the Council’s complete satisfaction.
