To ensure that the council received the most attractive quality and price offer available, Comensura approached a number of suppliers, who were asked to provide proposals for delivering the requirement.

A specialist supplier was appointed to manage the project, with pricing per inspection based on:

Category D inspections
Category E inspections
Void inspections

The scope of work was created in c.net5 to provide full visibility of progress, with each inspection billed through our system and approved by the council.
