With contractors being an increasingly essential part of the workforce mix, makes it quick and easy to find the skills you need, control costs, and deal with admin and compliance.  

Once you’ve identified a particular contractor, we create a contract and take the contractor concerned through our vetting process so you can be sure HMRC and legal requirements are met. We ask for a series of documents, including a signed Agency Workers’ Rights opt-out form, proof of eligibility to work in the UK, the limited company certificate of incorporation, and company insurance details.

When all the paperwork has been returned, we set the contractor up on our system. All that’s left for you to do is click to create an assignment, and get started.

The technology gives you the option to pay on completion of project milestones or through an automated timesheet process. It also triggers service evaluations and end-of-contract knowledge transfer conversations.
