Hoa brings to the business extensive knowledge and passion in recruitment managed services having worked in the industry since 2004, directing the solution design, implementation and delivery of flagship accounts in both the UK and Australia.

Hoa was recently named in the INvolve - The Inclusion People Empower 2023 Top 100 Executives list and is an Employment Advisory Board Chair at HMP Drake Hall, a progressive resettlement prison. She is proactive and positive about getting more people from underrepresented groups into fulfilling recruitment and increasing diversity across all sectors.

Charles Austin

Charles is responsible for growing our customer portfolio through the development and implementation of innovative product and service delivery solutions that compliment and support our core service offerings.

Before joining Comensura Charles gained extensive experience in both the RPO and Managed Services sectors, building and managing the customer service and business development operations for two quoted international groups.

Mary Nichol

Director of Sales

Specialising in strategic leadership, solution design, stakeholder management and best-practice innovation across a number of complex outsourced recruitment models.  Mary’s passion is helping the public sector, defence, aerospace, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing and retail markets find new ways of working. Mary has been supporting clients in the recruitment sector for over 12 years.

Mary’s primary focus is listening to her client’s challenges and developing robust solutions that tackle the ever-changing demands of today’s recruitment market whilst leveraging the best Impellam and its brands have to offer. Agility, speed and innovation are key to the solutions Mary and her team design.

Chris Probert

Head of Service

As Head of Service, Chris is responsible for the successful contract delivery to some of Comensura’s flagship private sector customers. Chris is obsessive about delivering smarter ways to work for clients with complex sourcing requirements and the use of innovative technology. 

Chris has 30 years of recruitment experience, ranging from volume recruitment to head hunting and retained assignment. Over time he has specialised in delivering complex large volume, short notice recruitment requirements to customers without compromising on quality.

Nicol Nee

Head of Service

Nicol Nee is a recruitment industry veteran with 22 years in recruitment and supply chain management.  Nicol joined Comensura in 2008 and has successfully advanced from an Account Manager to the public sector Head of Service of one of our largest customer portfolios.  Nicol is an accomplished figure in the recruitment managed services industry and has successfully supported over a quarter of the UK’s local authorities to solve their complex workforce challenges whilst evolving to meet fast-changing market pressures.

As a young girl Nicol grew up in a low-income household marked by financial and housing instability.  Nicol’s personal story is an inspiration to others and fuels her passion for social mobility both within the business and the communities we and our local authority customers serve.  Today, she is one of the executive sponsors of the Comensura social mobility programme helping companies to measure their social economic diversity and drive social progress through our talent channels. 

Toby Kendal

Head of Service

Toby Kendal, the Head of Service at Comensura, expertly leads on delivery of adaptive managed services to a diverse customer portfolio across the public and private sector. A master of agility, Toby is great at adapting to changing customer priorities and providing innovative tech solutions to operational problems. 

As our in-house data guru, he lives and breathes reporting insights and has led the development of reporting capabilities across Comensura. With a prestigious background including roles as an Operational Director at a premier recruitment agency and a procurement and HR consultant for a London local authority, Toby has enriched our team for seven exceptional years.

Lianne Watkinson

Head of Service

Lianne Watkinson has been at Comensura since 2007, starting out as a Relationship Manager progressing to her current position as Head of Service. An expert in contract recruitment, Lianne is passionate about diversity in sourcing talent, ensuring that under represented groups have equal access to gainful employment, creating win-win situations for companies looking to fill skills gaps. 

Lianne has been instrumental in Comensura’s ex-offenders initiative, creating education, training and employment opportunities for women on release or temporary licence, to develop their academic and practical skills to lead to sustainable employment. 

 
Luke Celino

Head of Service

Luke brings 14+ years' experience in Recruitment and 10 years in Managed Services, and although he manages a diverse portfolio he specialises in our Driving and Logistics accounts. 

Luke is proud to lead an experienced team dedicated to putting clients first and building strong business relationships. He is a problem solver and is delighted to be able to offer our customers a first-class service by listening to their challenges, helping them to overcome potential barriers and be part of a company that offers innovative solutions that make Comensura a recognised market leader.

Andrew Banfield

Head of Service

Andrew has been with Comensura for over a decade and is responsible for service delivery across our public sector and housing association customers across the South and South West of England and Wales. Manging a team of diligent and hardworking individuals, Andrew takes great pride in identifying effective solutions to meet the needs of our customers from both an operational and strategic basis. 

Before joining Comensura, Andrew gained extensive experience in Specialist, High Street and Managed Service recruitment and exceeds expectations in understanding the challenges of this dynamic and ever-changing industry.   

As a serving Captain in the Army Reserve, Andrew also co-leads our IM Military initiative where we seek to ensure those with military connections are recognised and supported within our group of companies.

Head of Program Delivery (Local Government)

Kaled, alongside his team of Program Managers, ensures successful delivery and strategic growth for Local Government customers in Australia. He brings expertise from his almost 20 years’ career in the recruitment industry, the last 13 of which have been in vendor neutral managed services in Australia and the UK. Kaled is a Prince2 qualified Project Manager, with extensive experience implementing and delivering managed service solutions across both the public and private sectors. Moving to Australia from the UK 5 years ago with his family, Kaled loves travelling, food and football (the UK kind).
