Our client has a constant demand for products as the organisations they supply are open 365 days a year. This means the demand for workers such as drivers, warehouse workers, and maintenance staff is constant. 

In a period of rising labour and supply chain costs in the UK and economic uncertainty, our client wanted to have even greater oversight on areas such as its contingent worker spend and fulfilment rates, to maximise efficiency to its full potential.  

Comensura won the contract to be their Managed Service Provider (MSP) in July 2024, which covered their ambient food, catering, and catering equipment distribution division.  

Previously our client used an extensive range of recruitment suppliers to find contingent drivers, production and warehouse staff needed to maintain high levels of productivity. There was a need for increased unification and consistency across the supply chain, the existing model brought complexity with each supplier having their own terms and conditions, with little visibility and control of how orders were being released and tracked,
