The successful, simultaneous delivery of two major Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs: one supporting the world’s largest mining and resources organisation, and another for Australia’s largest international general insurance group. The continued expansion of the Workforce Delivery Centre in India, now home to more than 142 specialists supporting global sourcing and delivery operations.
Tangible progress in supplier diversity, with 15.7% of the MSP supply chain now Indigenous owned, minority owned, women owned, or certified social enterprises.
The cultivation of a high performing people culture across APAC, reflected in 100% satisfaction and retention within the Customer Experience team, 9.8% unplanned attrition, and an average employee tenure of 3.7 years.
